Savasana (or corpse pose)


Calms the brain and helps relieve stress;
Relaxes the body;
Reduces headache, fatigue, and insomnia;
Helps to lower blood pressure.


This is a complete relaxation pose and that's what makes it so challenging.

I took some pictures TODAY at our FIRST #MotherAndLittleOneYoga and we can see mums relaxing WITH babies around! My work is done <3 this IS yoga.
