Today live your day with a meditative mind. Not something you need to look for, force, or struggle to achieve, but only an... Openness. Be open to welcome meditation into your routines. And not even in any specific way, like a practice that you have to find space for, or a proper way to sit for it, or any special sound to listen to but merely... A state of mind.


Go thought your day reminding yourself maybe while you cook "this could be mediation", or while you nurse your baby "what can I focus on right now that can help to rise my vibration?"... Just as a reminder, welcome meditation into your life. It is not a complicate practice, it is an openness... To go back to Source, and nourish your life with it's sacredness.
